How well do you perform as an individual? How do your organize your work, manage your time, deal with stress, negotiate, network, communicate ideas - - in short, how do you apply your talent and skill to get things done and make a contribution?
Quick advice, unless there is some issue that is derailing your success, focus 80% of your development efforts enhancing your strengths, and the remaining 20% on shoring up weaknesses.

You can make productive contributions through your work - however in a deeply interconnected, interdependent, knowledge-work world, little gets done working by yourself. Teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal skill building, is a lifelong skill to keep honing.

artful leadership
How do you make best use of your position of authority, and interact with those in authority above you? How do you lead with your area of expertise? How well do you manage people, processes, and things so goals are accomplished? How well do engage others so they follow a common vision, and accomplish collectively far beyond what they could as individuals?

change mastery
We all have change thrust upon us, like it or not. Savvy leaders not only are ready for managing change, but keep upgrading their change and transition toolbox.

intentional innovation
Peter Drucker defined innovation as change that adds a new dimension of performance. If your goal for your company or group to create and sustain an exceptional organization, you must not only manage change, you must shape it with innovation.

business acumen - taking care of business
Leadership must deal with reality -you need to keep up with your field or industry, know who your customer is and what value you offer, how the money works for your organization, how to hire and fire, how to shape a company culture, how to implement a strategy, how to create structures for accountability - in short, you have to take care of business.
